Hot flash-the bothersome fact of life for women

An intense hot feeling that usually appears on the neck, shoulder or head generally is a female hot flash. The face often reddens and the experience of increased temperature, predictably, leads to perspiration. Other symptoms include headache, dizziness and anxiety. For women, hot flashes are an ugly and bothersome fact of life. It may vary from duration, frequency or form but most women will experience hot flashes before and/or during menopause. Though mild hot flashes would me a mere inconvenience, lots of women suffer from more intense episodes and have them with adequate frequency to give good reason for taking some kind of action.

There are several remedies that are available to help those who are suffering more intense female hot flashes. Hormone replacement therapy is one option and the other one is by using natural remedies.
